If the Bidder chooses to bid on each lot separately, each lot purchase will be considered a separate transaction and not contingent upon the sale or confirmation of the remaining lot or lots.
Terms Additional Terms Are Posted When You Register. Total deposit is 10% of the purchase price within 24-hours of bid acceptance. The balance is due at closing within 30 days of the auction. The sale is not contingent upon the buyer's ability to obtaining financing. The 10% deposit is non-refundable, unless, and only if, the seller fails to close.
