ALL BIDDERS MUST REGISTER ON THIS WEBSITE TO BID. A BID DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $200 IS REQUIRED. WE ACCEPT CASH, LOCAL CHECKS OR WIRE TRANSFER. CONTACT GINA BOYLESTON, BROKER/AUCTIONEER TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT. ONLY 1 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO REGISTER TO BID, NOT PER PROPERTY.

Terms: 10% of the purchase is price is due by 4:00 p.m. on February 18, 2016. Balance is due in full at closing within 30 days after the auction. Buyer pays documentary stamps on the deed, title insurance and recording fees. Closing cost estimates are located in the Documents tab. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid to establish the contract sales price. This is a cash sale and is not contingent upon financing. Bid deposits will be credited to the 10% earnest money deposits. If you do not win the bid, your $200 deposit will be returned to you within 5 business days after the auction date. No compensation is paid to agents/brokers buying for themselves or an entity in which they are a principal.

Conditions: All properties are being sold in present as is condition with no warranties express or iimplied. Buyers are to satisfy themselves as to the condition of the property prior to bidding. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer has inspected the property and agrees to accept the property in its present, as is condition.
